Michelle is an award-win­ning, NIH-fund­ed researcher at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Michi­gan with almost thir­ty years study­ing how to help peo­ple adopt healthy behav­iors in ways that can sur­vive the com­plex­i­ty of the real world. Fre­quent­ly quot­ed in the media, Michelle’s train­ing includes a Psy­chol­o­gy doc­tor­ate (PhD) and master’s degrees in Health Behavior/​Health Edu­ca­tion (MPH) and Kine­si­ol­o­gy (MS) from the UM.
